Freeborn is a contemporary African multi-rhythm band that is made up of four energetic, creative and talented men which includes Ladi Wilkey, Tosin Kinyomi TK, Segun Cooper and Biodun Cooper, the band was formed in May, 2004 in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Lagos, Ebute Metta.  In times past, Freeborn has worked with several producers and artistes such as Cobhams Asuquo, Kenny K'ore, Provabs just to mention a few. Freeborn is known for madmusic. Their hit singles include "Ati Jelo" featuring Tintin, they dropped their debut album titled "The First Chapter" and also released another album titled "Fujitive". Both albums encompassed genres such as afro pop, afro reggae, afro rnb which also included rock, rap and synthesizers. It is the music that is simply out-of-the-box. In the years of their musical career, they were planning on releasing a mode sophomore album titled "Tales of the unexpected" with scheduled dates. But ...
